This is a great opportunity for someone confident handling triage, prevention, and early intervention, acting as the first point of contact for residents approaching with housing issues.
Key responsibilities:
- Acting as the first point of contact for all new housing enquiries
- Carrying out initial assessments and triage of households
- Establishing risk of homelessness at first contact
- Providing early intervention advice for those not yet within the 56-day prevention window
- Managing a caseload to progress triage assessments where needed
