Park Avenue are pleased to be working with a local authority in Essex who are looking to appoint an Interim Estates Surveyor - this is their first hire of this kind in nearly 4 years!
Contract Details:
- 3-month initial contract (with potential for extension)
- £450-£500 per day (Inside IR35)
- 2 days per week in the office
The Role:
- Lease negotiations
- General estates management (rent reviews, landlord & tenant work, etc.)
- Disposals and acquisitions
About You:
- MRICS preferred
- Local authority or public sector experience beneficial
- Available to start within 1-2 weeks
- Interviews taking place from 7th April onwards
