We are currently recruiting for an Interim GIS & Property Data Specialist to support a busy Estates and Property team on an initial 3-month contract, with strong potential for extension. This role combines GIS, property data management and estates support responsibilities, with a focus on mapping, asset information, land/property research and database management.
Key Responsibilities
- Producing GIS maps, plans and Land Registry‑compliant drawings to support property transactions, Right to Buy cases and estates projects
- Managing and maintaining the property/asset database (Terrier experience would be highly advantageous)
- Supporting property data analysis, reporting and data quality improvements
- Researching land ownership, boundaries and title information using Land Registry and related property systems
- Supporting colleagues with lease, conveyancing and property‑related enquiries
Qualifications
We are looking for candidates with strong GIS experience, property/asset data knowledge and an understanding of estates or land/property processes, ideally within a public sector environment.
Working Arrangements
The role offers hybrid working, although the majority of the work can be completed remotely with flexible office attendance requirements.
