Park Avenue is pleased to be working closely with a Local Authority in Essex seeking an Interim Asset Manager to join their team.
Contract Details:
- 3-month initial contract
- £450-£525 per day (Inside IR35, DOE)
- 1-2 days per week in the office, remainder remote
- 4 or 5 days per week considered
- Please note: no part-time hours available
The Role:
- Strong working knowledge of Landlord & Tenant legislation
- Lease management, developing lease policies and negotiating Heads of Terms
- Implementation of Asset Strategy and supporting delivery of the Asset Management Plan
- Budget oversight, rental income review and debtor management (with Finance)
- Site visits and leaseholder meetings to ensure compliance
- Updating risk registers, KPIs and asset management systems
- Promoting Health & Safety culture and maintaining compliance records
- Managing a small team (2-3 junior staff)
About You:
- MRICS qualified
- Minimum 5+ years' general practice experience
- Experience managing a small team
- Project experience desirable
