Park Avenue is pleased to be working closely with a Local Authority in Essex seeking an Interim Asset Manager to join their team.

Contract Details:

  • 3-month initial contract
  • £450-£525 per day (Inside IR35, DOE)
  • 1-2 days per week in the office, remainder remote
  • 4 or 5 days per week considered
  • Please note: no part-time hours available

The Role:

  • Strong working knowledge of Landlord & Tenant legislation
  • Lease management, developing lease policies and negotiating Heads of Terms
  • Implementation of Asset Strategy and supporting delivery of the Asset Management Plan
  • Budget oversight, rental income review and debtor management (with Finance)
  • Site visits and leaseholder meetings to ensure compliance
  • Updating risk registers, KPIs and asset management systems
  • Promoting Health & Safety culture and maintaining compliance records
  • Managing a small team (2-3 junior staff)

About You:

  • MRICS qualified
  • Minimum 5+ years' general practice experience
  • Experience managing a small team
  • Project experience desirable
