Park Avenue are pleased to be working with an Essex-based council seeking an Interim Assistant Director of Estates & Assets.

Key Details

  • £750 per day (umbrella)
  • Initial 6-month contract (with potential to extend)
  • 3 days per week in the office

Role

Reporting into the Director for Commercial & Assets, you will:

  • Drive value across the council's asset portfolio for community benefit
  • Lead strategic delivery, turning high-level plans into tangible outcomes
  • Manage and develop teams, fostering a high-performance culture
  • Oversee key transactions, including acquisitions and disposals
  • Lead on the Strategic Asset Management Plan

About You

  • MRICS (or equivalent)
