Park Avenue is delighted to be supporting a Local Authority in Essex with a new and niche interim opportunity. We are keen to speak with property professionals who are passionate about working closely with communities and managing community-focused assets. This is a key role where you will oversee the day-to-day estates management of a portfolio of community properties.
The position will involve:
- Rent reviews
- Lease renewals
- Lettings
- Landlord & tenant matters
It also requires confidence in engaging with community groups, handling sensitive situations and navigating complex stakeholder challenges. You will be front-facing within the community while managing a smaller, focused property portfolio.
Contract Details:
- 3-month initial contract
- £450 per day (Inside IR35)
- 2 days per week in the office, 3 days remote
About You:
- Public sector experience is essential
- MRICS qualification desirable
