The Role
- Leading and driving performance across key housing services, ensuring high-quality delivery and strong resident outcomes.
- Overseeing repairs, voids, and damp & mould services.
- Managing and developing operational teams, including a dedicated Voids Manager.
- Providing leadership across surveyors and wider housing operations teams.
- Ensuring compliance with KPIs, SLAs, and regulatory standards.
- Driving service improvements and operational efficiency.
- Acting as a key point of escalation for complex issues.

- 2x Surveyors (Voids)
- Voids Manager reporting directly into you.
- Oversight of the DLO (Direct Labour Organisation).
