Park Avenues are currently supporting a client in Essex who is looking for an Interim Estates/Asset Manager to join their team.
The contract:
- 3-6-month contract
- £450 - £500 per day (Inside IR35)
- 3 days in the office, 2 days from home
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing a small team of two junior staff members, including weekly 1-2-1's and supporting their development
- Preparing high-quality reports and business cases for senior management
- Supporting Emergency Planning activities
- Acting as the Highways liaison between Castle Point Borough Council and Essex County Council
- Negotiating Heads of Terms
Essential Requirements:
- MRICS qualification
- Experience managing small teams
- Strong report writing skills
