Park Avenue is working with a Local Authority on the lookout for an Assistant Director of Housing Needs! They need a strategic leader who understands the complexities of homelessness, can confidently engage with members, and has a proven track record of running a financially and operationally efficient Housing Needs Service within Local Government. You'll report to an Executive Director (whose background isn't in homelessness – giving you autonomy in this area!) and work across Homelessness, Temporary Accommodation, Rough Sleeping, and Private Sector Housing.
