You must have:
- Experience ofand interest in the leadership of Inclusion & SEND
- Successfulexperience leading an area of improvement
- Delivering CPD and supporting thedevelopment of teachers at different levels of experience
- The abilityto identify and implement successful safeguarding, inclusion strategiesfor all pupils and SEND
- Excellentunderstanding of curriculum and pedagogical issues, including recentdevelopments within the primary phase
- Effectivepastoral and behaviour management skills at middle orsenior leadership
- The abilityto develop excellent relationships
- Understandingof strategies that enable pupils to make excellent progress
Able to demonstrate resilience, and willing toface new challenges with enthusiasm and positivity
