ServiceNow Developer, 6 months, Inside IR35 up to £580 a day

Parity Group are delighted to partner with our client, a public sector organisation, who is looking to recruit a ServiceNow Developer for a minimum 6-month period. This role will involve hybrid working and is based in Milton Keynes. You will receive a daily rate of up to £580 a day and the contract will see you INSIDE IR35.
As an experienced ServiceNow Developer, you will support the development, configuration, integration, and enhancement of the ServiceNow platform within a secure government environment.
Key Responsibilities- Design, develop, and configure ServiceNow applications, workflows, forms, UI policies, client scripts, and business rules.
- Customise modules including ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and CSM.
- Build solutions using Flow Designer, App Engine, and ServiceNow Studio.
- Develop client-side and server-side scripts using JavaScript and ServiceNow APIs.
- Design and support integrations using REST, SOAP, MID Server, and Integration Hub.
- Work with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Support testing, deployments, troubleshooting, and ongoing platform maintenance.
- 2+ years' ServiceNow development experience.
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript, ServiceNow Scripting, APIs, and platform security.
- Experience with Flow Designer, workflow development, UI customisation, and integrations.
- Understanding of REST/SOAP integrations and authentication methods including OAuth.
- Ability to work collaboratively within technical delivery teams.
The minimum Security Clearance required for this role is SC. However, DV cleared individuals are welcome.
Desirable Skills- ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD, CIS).
- Knowledge of ITIL and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Familiarity with Git, GitLab, or Azure DevOps.
