Parity Network are recruiting on behalf of our client, a fast-growing PropTech company delivering smart building solutions to improve energy efficiency, building performance, and ESG outcomes. They combine IoT sensors, real‑time data, and actionable insights to transform multi‑tenant properties.
The Role
We are looking for a hands‑on Technical Project Manager with electrical or mechanical services experience. You will lead hardware and software deployments across residential and commercial sites, consulting with engineering, operations, contractors, and clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end‑to‑end project delivery for sensor and IoT installations.
- Coordinate internal teams and external contractors.
- Conduct site surveys and technical assessments.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and building regulations.
- Support Adoption Of Smart Building Technology.
About You
- Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, or technical degree/experience.
- Project management experience in M&E, building services, or IoT deployments.
- Knowledge of HVAC, BMS, sensors, or energy systems.
- Strong Organisational, Communication, And Stakeholder Skills.
Nice-to-Have
- PropTech or smart building tech experience.
- ESG, energy efficiency, or sustainability experience.
- Familiarity with PM tools (MS Project, Asana, Smartsheet).
