Parity Education is seeking experienced and dedicated tutors to deliver personalised 1:1 tuition to children and young people aged 10-18 in the CB23 area. Our learners may have SEND, SEMH needs, anxiety, autism, ADHD, school avoidance (EBSA), medical needs, or gaps in education, and often benefit from a flexible, relationship-based approach to learning.

We are looking for tutors who can build trust, adapt their teaching to individual needs, and support students to re-engage with education, develop confidence, and achieve meaningful academic and personal progress.
