Our client, a fast-growing energy technology company focused on trading and optimisation of energy storage and renewable assets, is seeking a Trading Manager to join their team in Oxford.
This role will lead a team of intraday traders responsible for 24/7 optimisation of a battery storage portfolio across wholesale, balancing, and ancillary service markets. You will play a key role in shaping trading strategy, refining optimisation models, and ensuring top-tier performance in the fast-paced UK power markets.
What you will do...
- Lead live power trading and optimisation across UK short-term markets
- Develop and implement intraday strategies to maximise portfolio performance.
