We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Solution Architect to join a leading UK organisation undergoing a major ServiceNow transformation. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with a senior client team, shaping the platform and delivering high-impact solutions.
What you’ll be doing:
- Lead the design and delivery of ServiceNow solutions across the organisation.
- Translate business requirements into differentiated, deliverable solutions.
- Provide oversight of technical governance across the ServiceNow platform.
- Enforce coding standards across internal teams and client resources.
- Act as an escalation point for technical issues and development blockers.
- Document High-Level Design artefacts and propose solutions.
- Identify improvement opportunities and contribute to platform health management.
What we’re looking for:
- Expert proficiency in ServiceNow, including ITSM, ITOM, or relevant modules.
- Proven experience as a Solution or Technical Architect in ServiceNow.
