Job Title: SAP S/4HANA Solution Architect – Finance Domain

Location: Norway (Onsite – Travel Required)

Contract Duration: 2–4 Weeks (Short-Term Workshop Engagement)

Start Date: 13th October 2025

Day Rate: Competitive

We are recruiting on behalf of a global consultancy delivering a strategic transformation workshop for a leading energy client based in Norway. The engagement will involve a short-term, high-impact assignment to define the future to-be SAP landscape and transformation roadmap for Finance under a “SAP First” approach.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and facilitate workshops to assess the client’s current SAP S/4HANA Finance landscape.
Develop the to-be architecture and transformation roadmap aligned with enterprise goals.
Translate business requirements into scalable SAP Finance solutions (GL, AP, AR, AA, Closing Cockpit).
Produce actionable deliverables and documentation as workshop output.
Engage with senior business and IT stakeholders to define the SAP transformation journey.

Ideal Candidate Profile

SAP consulting experience, including in architecture roles.
Proven expertise in SAP S/4HANA Finance, including system design, integration, and roadmap planning.
Strong understanding of SAP Fiori/UI5 for Finance processes.
Experience in business process mapping, gap analysis, and transformation planning.
Excellent workshop facilitation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Prior exposure to Oilfield Services or Engineering industries (preferred, not mandatory).
