We are recruiting on behalf of a global consultancy delivering a strategic transformation workshop for a leading energy client based in Norway. The engagement will involve a short-term, high-impact assignment to define the future to-be SAP landscape and transformation roadmap for Finance under a “SAP First” approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and facilitate workshops to assess the client’s current SAP S/4HANA Finance landscape.
- Develop the to-be architecture and transformation roadmap aligned with enterprise goals.
- Translate business requirements into scalable SAP Finance solutions (GL, AP, AR, AA, Closing Cockpit).
- Produce actionable deliverables and documentation as workshop output.
- Engage with senior business and IT stakeholders to define the SAP transformation journey.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- SAP consulting experience, including in architecture roles.
- Proven expertise in SAP S/4HANA Finance, including system design, integration, and roadmap planning.
- Strong understanding of SAP Fiori/UI5 for Finance processes.
- Experience in business process mapping, gap analysis, and transformation planning.
- Excellent workshop facilitation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Prior exposure to Oilfield Services or Engineering industries (preferred, not mandatory).
