In this internal-facing role, you'll build the operational backbone for the company's software products - ensuring roadmap clarity, turning telemetry into actionable insights, and orchestrating smooth releases so teams can deliver the right outcomes, faster and with evidence.
- Translate telemetry and product insights into actionable recommendations for Product Managers and stakeholders.
- Coordinate release planning, ensuring smooth integration between Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams.
