Programme Manager – Oracle ERP & Cost Transformation
Location: Reading (2–3 days onsite)

We are hiring a Programme Manager to lead a complex business and technology transformation focused on Oracle ERP, financial systems, and regulatory reporting.
This role will take ownership of a multi-stream programme involving integrated cost structures, process redesign, and automation of reporting across Oracle ERP, Primavera Unifier, and cloud data platforms.
Programme highlights include:
- Implementing an Integrated Cost Breakdown Structure (CBS) to improve transparency and reporting.
- Launching a central Cost Book with historical and target costs to support forecasting accuracy.
- Driving automation of Regulatory Reporting Packs (RRP) via Azure and Power BI.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead delivery across Oracle ERP, cost management, and regulatory reporting.
- Drive business process change aligned with financial and statutory requirements.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including finance, tech, and delivery partners.
- Ensure robust governance, risk control, and delivery against business case benefits.
- Lead change impact assessments, business readiness, and stakeholder engagement.
Ideal experience:
- Extensive experience managing Oracle ERP (preferably Oracle Fusion Cloud) transformations.
- Strong knowledge of cost management frameworks (CBS, forecasting, reporting).
- Experience in highly regulated industries and large-scale programme environments.
- Skilled in Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid methodologies.
