Platform Owner – Salesforce/ nCino Salary: £80,000 + Strong Bonus Hybrid Working Model – Minimum 2 Days a week in office * Our client is a multi-sector alternative lender that helps mid-sized SMEs grow by providing consistent, timely, flexible funding solutions. They provide loans using pioneering in-house data, personal relationships, and a pragmatic and flexible lending process. As the Head of Technology Platforms, you will lead the technology platform teams to provide stability & take ownership for the run, change and strategic development of the core technology platforms working with teams across the entire organisation, helping to shape and maximise the value from technology, process and people. You will have end-to-end accountability for the technology platforms within the business, responsible for managing demand. Have a strong understanding of the nCino, Salesforce and Mambu development and architecture best practices Day to day oversight of the platforms including user management, configuration, availability and performance. Expert in configuration, development and management of Salesforce, nCino & Mambu platforms Experience in project delivery within Financial Services Experience in technical project delivery Line management, including hiring and review of individual performance Broader knowledge of Financial Service Technologies in the UK market Knowledge of business improvement, analytical and continuous improvement techniques (e.g. Full stack development background with experience in software integration and database management
