We are seeking an experienced Workday Practitioner to join a unique programme as a Workstream Lead for the implementation of Workday UK, forming a key part of a Global HCM and Payroll Transformation. In this role, you will take ownership of the UK Workday implementation, ensuring alignment with global strategy while working closely with key stakeholders. Additionally, you will shadow Workday’s deployment of one of the first Ireland payroll implementations, gaining valuable insights into a pioneering initiative.
Key Requirements
- Current and relevant Workday certification (mandatory).
- Proven experience leading Workday HCM and Payroll implementations.
- Strong understanding of Workday configuration, business processes, and system integrations.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Prior experience working within a consultancy or large enterprise environment.
