I am looking to hire an Engineering Manager for a Tier 1 bank for their Manchester office. In this role, you will be aligned to their mortgages division, leading 1-2 teams of software engineers and as such, experience of leading teams is essential. Prior working experience in a large retail banking environment is desirable.
