Receptionist position in our North Berwick office. A flexible attitude is also required as you may need to help out in other departments from time to time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answering telephone calls
- Maintaining diaries
- Arranging appointments
- Taking messages
- Filing
- Processing of outgoing and incoming mail
- Handling correspondence
- Liaising with relevant organisations
- Using a variety of software packages, such as Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Access, etc.
- Using content management systems to maintain and update websites and internal databases
- Liaising with staff in other departments and with external contacts
- Organising and storing paperwork, documents, and computer-based information
- Coordinating both in-house and external events, in conjunction with the Business Operations Manager
- Sending out details of new properties on the market to people on your database who are looking for that type of property
- Making appointments for showing buyers around a property, pointing out its best features and answering any questions
Hours of Work:
The successful applicant will be employed either on a part-time basis, working Tuesday – Friday from 9am – 5pm.
