We are looking for a Multisite Reception & Reservation Manager to join our restaurants based at The Hoxton, Shoreditch, and House of Louie.
GUEST EXPERIENCE & BRAND STANDARDS
- Act as a brand ambassador for Paris Society, promoting a positive image internally and externally.
- Ensure the highest level of guest welcome and experience across all venues.
- Guarantee strict adherence to Paris Society service standards.
- Supervise and optimize guest journey: physical welcome, reservation experience, seating flow.
- Handle VIP guests and sensitive situations with professionalism and discretion.
- Ensure consistency and excellence across all 5 points of sale.
RESERVATION & TOOLS MANAGEMENT
- Oversee and optimize reservation systems across all venues.
- Ensure perfect mastery and daily use of SevenRooms (mandatory).
- Supervise booking flows, table allocation strategies, and guest database quality.
- Support teams in managing complex requests and high-demand services.
- Monitor performance indicators (occupancy rate, covers, no-shows, guest preferences).
- Ensure proper handling of emails, calls, and digital guest interactions.
TEAM MANAGEMENT & LEADERSHIP
- Manage, lead and develop host and hostess teams across both venues.
- Act as a strong leader, ensuring team alignment with Paris Society standards.
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and training of hostess teams.
- Create and manage team schedules in line with business activity.
- Train teams on service excellence, guest experience, and tools (SevenRooms).
- Identify high-potential profiles and support internal growth.
- Foster a positive, motivating, and high-performance team environment.
- Ensure continuity of operations by stepping in on any position if needed.
OPERATIONS & MULTI-SITE COORDINATION
- Ensure smooth daily operations across both venues.
- Adapt organization according to activity levels and events.
- Maintain strong coordination between the 5 venues.
- Ensure consistency in processes, communication, and execution.
- Be present on the floor during peak times and high-demand services.
- Anticipate operational challenges and implement solutions proactively.
REPORTING & CROSS-FUNCTIONAL COLLABORATION
- Report directly to the Multi-Site Operations Director on performance, operational issues, and team management.
- Act as a key relay between venues and Paris head office.
- Collaborate closely with operations teams, events teams, and marketing teams.
- Ensure proper communication and information flow across all stakeholders.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of processes and tools.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as Head Hostess or similar role in premium hospitality.
- Strong experience in multi-site or high-volume environments.
- Perfect knowledge of Paris Society standards.
- Excellent command of SevenRooms and reservation management tools.
- Strong understanding of guest experience and luxury service codes.
