  • Cook and plate with precision and flair, balancing speed with attention to detail.
  • Maintain top-notch food hygiene and safety standards across the kitchen.
  • Collaborate with the wider kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure smooth service.
  • Occasionally interact with guests, especially in open-kitchen settings, catering to special requests and dietary needs.
  • Keep a close eye on quality—tasting, tweaking, and presenting dishes that wow every time.
  • Stay cool under pressure, managing time and solving problems as they arise.
  • Create a positive, supportive environment where your team can be themselves and do their best work.

What we’re looking for…

  • Individuals who bring personality and professionalism to the kitchen—you’re confident in your craft and comfortable being yourself.
  • Previous experience as a Breakfast Chef or in a similar role within a busy, quality-driven kitchen environment.
  • Strong skills in breakfast cookery, from classic egg techniques and pastry work to modern, health-conscious dishes.
  • A sharp eye for detail, ensuring every plate looks great and tastes even better.
  • Solid understanding of food hygiene and safety standards, with relevant certifications.
  • Organised and efficient, able to manage prep, service, and stock with calm precision—even during the morning rush.
  • Creative flair, bringing fresh ideas to the menu while staying true to the brand’s style and guest expectations.
  • Team player with great communication skills—you work well with others and help create a positive kitchen culture.
  • Problem-solver who can think on your feet and adapt quickly to changing needs or unexpected challenges.
  • Passionate about mornings, food, and hospitality—you know that breakfast sets the tone for the day and you love making it special.

  • Be part of a team that’s all about creating unforgettable hospitality moments.
  • 28 days holiday (including bank holidays), pension and life insurance.
