The ideal candidate will help to achieve our mission to bring expertly crafted baked and brewed goods to our guests through a warm and welcoming bakery café experience that delivers joy to everyone.
Reports to: Kitchen Manager
Knowledge and Responsibilities:
- Prepare a variety of sandwiches and salads.
- Being a team player, assist and support in all areas of the restaurant when needed.
- Make dressings and sauces for sandwiches and pastries.
- Ensure sandwich display is presentable for internal and external customers.
- Complete various reports for records such as production, usage, and waste.
- Order product and materials as necessary.
- Maintain daily par levels and restock station orders, set up orders.
- Demonstrate knowledge of the brand and menu items.
- Inform supervisor when equipment is not working properly or when food supplies are low.
- Clean and sanitize refrigerator, freezer, and storage; work areas (counters/floors), equipment, containers, utensils, and dishes.
- Receive stock and store food in designated containers and storage areas in an organized manner.
What You Need to Have:
- Minimum of 1 year of food handling or related experience.
- Basic knowledge of food preparation and knife handling.
- High emotional intelligence with the ability to work with diverse teams by being highly empathetic, intuitive, self‑motivated, and driven.
- Must be a team player who fosters a collaborative and engaged environment.
- Being a Brand Ambassador, with an excellent knowledge of and commitment to Paris Baguette’s mission, vision, brand values, and culture.
