What We Are Looking For
Marine Holiday Park has been our flagship park for the last 20 years. Sitting on the North Wales coast at Rhyl, it’s the kind of place where owners come back year after year - and where our best sales advisors have built genuinely rewarding careers.
We’re looking for a results-driven, people first Holiday Home Sales Advisor to join the team. You’ll be offering people the opportunity of holiday home ownership at one of our most popular parks, showcasing a range of beautiful holiday homes and lodges to prospective buyers, and taking ownership of the entire sales journey from first conversation to keys in hand.
We can offer on-park accommodation to get you settled in, so you can truly live the lifestyle you’re selling - which makes all the difference.
Unleash Your Earning Potential
Starting salary of £27,500 | OTE £60,000 | Completely uncapped commission
This role comes with an unlimited commission plan. The harder you work, the more you’ll earn - the limit does not exist.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Meet, engage and build genuine relationships with prospective buyers.
- Provide insights to help them make confident, informed decisions about holiday home ownership.
- Seek out and create opportunities to talk to potential holiday homeowners through park visits, enquiries, events and proactive outreach.
- Conduct engaging park tours and holiday home viewings, tailoring your approach to each individual buyer.
- Guide prospective owners through every aspect of ownership - from the product range and pitch options to finance, site fees and the buying process.
- Manage a pipeline of active prospects using our CRM, keeping every lead warm with timely, professional follow-up.
- Handle part-exchange enquiries, supporting existing owners who are looking to upgrade.
- Work to stretching monthly sales targets - always aiming for every new owner to say it was a pleasure to buy from you.
- Represent Marine Holiday Park and the Pario Holiday Park group with pride, both on-park and at any wider sales events or owner occasions.
Skills, Experience and Qualities You’ll Need
- A real talent for making customers feel genuinely special - whether on the phone or face-to-face.
- A natural relationship-builder who can earn trust quickly and maintain it over a longer buying journey.
- Calm, approachable and focused - even in the busiest, most pressured moments.
- Positive and self-motivated, with a genuine love of working in a performance-driven environment.
- Organised and able to multi-task across several live prospects at once without dropping the ball.
- Resilient - able to handle a quieter week and bounce back with the same energy when the park gets busy.
Nice to Have - but Not Essential
- Previous experience selling holiday homes, static caravans, lodges or similarly high-value products.
- A background in estate agency, property sales or new homes.
- Experience in outbound sales calls, generating your own appointments and building a prospect pipeline.
- Familiarity with a CRM platform and the discipline to keep it up to date.
Whatever your background, we will provide full product training and ongoing support to make sure you can guide every customer from first enquiry to completion with confidence.
Our Values - What It’s Like Here
Marine Holiday Park isn’t your average holiday destination. Our owners and guests come to escape the day-to-day, and when they’re with us they get something genuinely different — surprise moments, great experiences and a community they want to keep coming back to.
Here you will work where people matter, in a friendly, family run business surrounded by a supportive team.
We have a can-do, people-centred culture that runs through everything we do. We’re proud of our park, proud of our owners, and proud of the team that makes it all happen. If you bring positive energy, a strong work ethic and a genuine warmth for people, you’ll fit right in.
