The Role
Parico is seeking an experienced and customer-focused Product Manager to lead the development and lifecycle management of digital products and technology services.
The successful candidate will be responsible for defining product vision, creating product strategies, managing roadmaps, and working closely with engineering, design, operations, and business stakeholders to deliver solutions that create measurable value for customers and the organisation.
The Product Manager will act as the voice of the customer, ensuring product decisions are informed by user needs, business objectives, market trends, and technical feasibility.
What You'll Be Doing
- Product Strategy and Vision
- Define and communicate a clear product vision aligned with organisational objectives.
- Develop and maintain product strategies that support business growth and customer outcomes.
- Identify market opportunities, emerging technologies, and industry trends to inform product direction.
- Conduct competitor analysis and market research to support strategic decision-making.
- Product Roadmap Management
- Own and maintain the product roadmap, ensuring priorities align with strategic goals.
- Balance customer requirements, technical debt, regulatory requirements, and business priorities.
- Translate strategic objectives into actionable product initiatives and deliverables.
- Regularly review and adapt roadmap priorities based on changing business needs and customer feedback.
- Customer and User Engagement
- Lead engage with customers, users, and stakeholders to understand needs, challenges, and opportunities.
- Gather, analyse, and prioritise product requirements.
- Use qualitative and quantitative data to inform product decisions.
- Champion user-centred design and customer experience improvements.
- Agile Product Delivery
- Work closely with engineering, architecture and delivery teams to ensure successful product development.
- Create and manage product Initiatives, backlogs, epics, features, and user stories.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Ensure products are delivered on time, within scope, and to agreed quality standards.
- Stakeholder Management
- Build strong relationships across business, technology, operational, and executive teams.
- Present product strategies, progress updates, and business cases to senior stakeholders.
Our Ideal Candidate
- Proven experience as a Product Manager within a technology or digital environment.
- Experience managing the full product lifecycle from concept through to retirement.
- Strong understanding of Agile delivery methodologies
- Experience creating and managing product roadmaps and backlogs.
- Ability to analyse customer needs and translate them into product requirements.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams including engineering, Delivery and Senior Leadership
- Commercial awareness and understanding of product value drivers.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Experience using product management tools such as Jira, Azure Dev Ops, Confluence, Productboard, or similar.
- Experience with Saa S, cloud-based platforms, AI-enabled products, or enterprise technology solutions.
- Understanding of data analytics and experimentation techniques.
- Familiarity with ITIL, Dev Ops, and Service Management practices.
- Ability to hold a minimum of UK Security Clearance (SC)
