About the Role
Key Leads at Glossier London open and close the store, direct Editors across zones during their shifts, coach selling and service in real time, own operational tasks from cash reconciliation to stock movements, and carry the customer experience standard when managers are off the floor. The role is the recognized step toward assistant store leadership.
Who Should Apply
Retail leaders-in-the-making with supervisory or senior associate experience in beauty, fashion, or premium retail; energy for a high-footfall tourist-heavy floor; and full flexible availability including weekends. Full-time, on-site in London.
