About the Role
As part of the Travel Retail team, you will support the execution of commercial and brand strategies across key UK & Ireland travel retail accounts, ensuring operational excellence and strong brand representation in a highly competitive luxury environment. Working closely with Sales, Trade Marketing, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and external partners (Avolta/Dufry, Lagardère, Aerianta, airport authorities), you will contribute to driving sell-out performance, delivering flawless launches and activations, and supporting staffing excellence across the UK travel retail network. This role is ideal for a highly organized, solutions-oriented professional with a strong interest in luxury and niche fragrances, and a desire to develop a long-term career in Travel Retail.
Key Responsibilities
- Travel retail UK Sales Operations & Staffing Management
- Support the day-to-day commercial operations for UK Travel Retail accounts
- Manage order processing, delivery tracking, stock allocations, and replenishment in coordination with Supply Chain and Logistics
- Liaise with retail partners to collect forecasts, orders, sell-out data, and stock positions
- Maintain and update customer, product, pricing, and assortment databases
- Prepare and consolidate sales reports, dashboards, and ad-hoc analyses for internal stakeholders
- Act as a key point of contact for store teams, Beauty Consultants, and Ambassadors
- Manage all staffing elements, including:
- Recruitment and onboarding of Beauty Consultants
- Training coordination (brand, product, and service excellence)
- Scheduling and coverage optimization
- Performance tracking and qualitative feedback
- Coordination with HR and external staffing agencies

Profile & Experience
- 2 - 5 years’ experience in sales coordination, area management support, trade marketing, or travel retail operations
- Previous experience in beauty, fragrance, luxury, or premium FMCG is strongly preferred
- Exposure to Travel Retail environments (airports, duty free, or selective retail) is a strong advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint; experience with CRM and sales reporting tools preferred
- French language is a plus
- Willingness to travel within the UK & Ireland as required
