Your Impact
As a beauty consultant for Parfums Christian Dior, you are a brand ambassador responsible for driving fragrance and beauty sales by achieving your sales targets while promoting the brand and providing a personalised luxury service to customers.
- Sales Responsibilities
- Be an expert in fragrance, makeup and skincare; present and apply products to inspire and gain new clients.
- Proactively sell Parfums Christian Dior products and provide a luxury standard of service.
- Meet or exceed sales targets set by your line manager.
- Cross‑sell across all product categories to increase average transaction value and items per transaction.
- Service Responsibilities
- Be knowledgeable on all Parfums Christian Dior products and propose personalised products to clients.
- Initiate contact with clients and welcome them on counter and via traffic stopping.
- Develop personal relationships with clients and gain loyalty, introducing the Dior 'My Exclusive Loyalty Programme' reward scheme.
- Educate clients on Parfums Christian Dior products and the brand’s heritage.
- Deliver expertise reflected in client experience (CX) and NPS feedback scores.
- General Responsibilities
- Participate in merchandise management in line with corporate guidelines, protecting the brand’s image.
- Monitor stock levels, report any issues and ensure sufficient inventory.
- Adhere to all company procedures and policies.
- Build a strong brand database by updating the ipos tool with client data, sales and client profiles.
- Develop and utilise the customer database on ipos for clientele events and appointments.
Qualifications
Previous experience working in a luxury, consultative sales role is required. Experience in beauty and/or fragrance sales is advantageous.
