Job Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-store and/or remote selling activities, acting as a personal shopper.
  • Sell Dior products by meeting client needs and providing a memorable experience through the Brand D.I.O.R. method.
  • Initiate contact with customers and welcome them on counter and through traffic‑stopping.
  • Identify and understand customers’ needs.
  • Propose and demonstrate personalized product offers and complementary products within and across categories.
  • Communicate passionately and educate clients on the brand and products.
  • Achieve retail sales targets and contribute to counter KPIs on a monthly basis.
  • Develop durable relationships with existing clients in store and remotely.
  • Engage new clients to the brand through genuine human interaction.
  • Register client data in the dedicated system and perform all CRM and clienteling activities.
  • Leverage Dior content and tools to drive traffic, develop client loyalty and take actions.
  • Know and apply merchandising guidelines; monitor stock levels and report insufficient stock.
  • Monitor shelves inventory and display new products when needed.
  • Operate cash registers and close daily revenues.
  • Carry out all assigned operational and administrative tasks.
  • Maintain good relationships with retailers.
  • Respect corporate & counter rules and Dior grooming guidelines.

Profile:

  • Preferably previous professional experience in retail or service industry, ideally within luxury retail for 1–2 years.
  • The candidate should have a proven track record of excelling in retail results and working in a luxury environment.
