Job Responsibilities
- Conduct in‑store and/or remote selling activities, acting as a personal shopper.
- Sell Dior products by meeting clients’ needs and providing a memorable experience through high standard of service to clients throughout the whole sales process, following the Brand D.I.O.R. Method.
- Initiate contact with customers and welcome them both on counter and through traffic‑stopping.
- Identify and understand customers’ needs.
- Propose and demonstrate personalized product offers, offer the right service and conduct it perfectly.
- Propose complementary products within category and cross‑category.
- Offer a global beauty approach.
- Communicate passionately and educate clients on the brand and products.
- Achieve retail sales targets (in store and remote) and contribute to counter KPIs on a monthly basis.
- Master brand, category and competition knowledge.
Client Experience and Management
- Develop durable relationships with existing clients in store and remotely.
- Engage new clients to the brand through genuine human interaction.
- Register clients’ data in the dedicated system and ensure reachability.
- Perform all CRM and clienteling activities.
