About Parfore
Parfore's mission is to become the go-to indoor destination to improve your game. Bringing premium coaching, advanced technology, and an elevated member experience together under one roof. This is our first site, and we’re building something special, somewhere golfers feel supported, challenged, and inspired to improve. We’re creating a modern, forward-thinking environment where coaching, practice, and community sit at the heart of what we do. As we grow, we’re committed to ensuring the team grows with us and this is a rare opportunity to shape the direction of a business from day one.
About the Role
We’re looking for a Head Professional who will champion the coaching experience and help set the standard for everything that happens in our first venue. You’ll lead from the front, delivering high-quality instruction, building strong relationships with clients, and helping to shape the culture and operations of the site. You will have full access to our technology, facilities, and performance tools. Your success is driven by the value you deliver and the strength of your coaching diary, but also by your ability to help build a thriving membership. If you’re proactive, ambitious, and excited by the idea of being instrumental in the growth of a new golf brand, we’d love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver consistently high-quality coaching that drives measurable improvement for golfers.
- Build and maintain a strong coaching diary through excellent client communication and conversion.
- Play a central role in developing a loyal member base at Parfore.
- Take ownership of day-to-day standards in the venue, ensuring the environment remains professional, welcoming, and aligned with the Parfore brand.
- Contribute to shaping coaching frameworks, programming, and member experience as the business grows.
- Maintain high client retention through personalised improvement plans and exceptional service.
What You’ll Receive
- A leadership role in a brand-new business with long-term growth opportunities.
- Access to high-end coaching technology and training environments.
- A steady flow of new clients through Parfore’s marketing and membership pipeline.
- Inclusion in team events, strategy sessions, and future expansion planning.
Schedule
5–6 days per week at the venue, with 40–50 hours total, depending on demand and events. Core hours could be morning to evening coaching blocks with flexibility for admin, planning, or events. Opportunities for additional income from events, competitions, and premium coaching sessions outside core hours.
