What We're Looking For:
- 2-3 years of experience in change management, organizational development, communications, or training—ideally supporting technology implementations or enterprise system rollouts.
- Working knowledge of Workday HCM.
- Ability to develop communications and training materials for diverse, global audiences.
- Familiarity with change management best practices for technology adoption.
- Experience working in cross-functional, distributed team environments.
- Communication Excellence: You write clearly and effectively, tailoring messaging for different audiences and explaining complex processes in straightforward terms.
- Project Coordination: You manage multiple priorities competently, keeping initiatives on track while maintaining attention to detail.
- Technical Proficiency: You're comfortable with SharePoint for content management, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), and screen capture tools like SnagIt for creating visual training materials.
- AI-Enabled Approach: You're open to using emerging technologies and AI tools to support content creation, data analysis, and workflow optimization.
