Parexel is dedicated to a key global sponsor. Responsibilities include:
- Implementing and operationalising departmental goals within client clinical trials in collaboration with line manager and key personnel.
- Managing central laboratory and specialty vendors across a mix of complex clinical trials.
- Ensuring optimal clinical trial execution through proactive management and other necessary duties.
- Managing acquisition of clinical trial samples.
- Providing support for sample-related matters to clinical study teams.
- Working with the ICF Specialist and wider team to ensure compliance with ICF permissions.
- Assisting with vendor selection and oversight.
- Providing input to clinical trial related documents under the supervision of the Lead.
- Executing biomarker plans in collaboration with the study team and Lead.
- Preparing requests for proposals, reviewing and assessing bids, and managing Statement of Work (SOW).
Qualifications include:
- Minimum 6 years relevant industry experience.
- Science background with working knowledge of a wide array of medical terms and biological assays (proteomics, cellular assays, genomics).
- Understanding of the bioethics of human biospecimen collection and research.
- Oncology experience preferred.
- Determination and courage to put patient well-being first; a heart-centered approach to work.
