Parexel is seeking an experienced Associate Project Director to lead our Regulatory Affairs Consulting teams and deliver exceptional solutions to our clients. In this pivotal role, you will combine advanced Regulatory Affairs expertise with strategic business insight to drive operational excellence across midsize to large Regulatory Affairs outsourcing programs. As a trusted leader and client advisor, you will work with considerable autonomy, managing complex projects from inception to completion while mentoring the next generation of project leaders. Role Responsibilities
- Lead Client Solutions & Business Development
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients on complex Regulatory Affairs challenges
- Present Parexel's Regulatory Affairs Consulting capabilities and deliver customized sales presentations
- Provide proposal support and oversight, participating in bid defense meetings
- Generate new business through personal reputation and client relationships
