Senior eClinical Business Lead – based in select European locations/South Africa Join to apply for the Senior eClinical Business Lead – based in select European locations/South Africa role at Parexel Role Overview This role involves leading the implementation of the eClinical Platform at the study level, ensuring timely start-up, quality delivery, and compliance with protocols and client services. The Senior eClinical Business Lead is responsible for design, requirements gathering, documentation, and overseeing the technology implementation tailored to trial needs. This position also includes training, mentoring junior staff, handling complex accounts, and providing work direction as needed. Key Responsibilities Lead trial-level eClinical platform implementation Mentor and potentially direct junior eClinical Business Leads Manage complex accounts and serve as the main contact for trial technology and data integration Analyze protocols and collaborate on requirements and system integration needs Identify and mitigate risks related to system setup and integrations Coordinate technology setup and delivery, ensuring quality, timeline, and budget adherence Ensure team satisfaction with the trial technology solutions Client Management Engage with clients regarding technology setup, modifications, and integrations General Administration Maintain a positive, results-oriented environment and uphold knowledge of ICH Guidelines and GCP Minimum Requirements Significant experience in CRO/Pharma settings Experience with clinical trial systems (CTMS, EDC, RTSM) Knowledge of clinical research industry and technology Proven leadership and mentoring skills Ability to work effectively in virtual and multicultural teams Experience with eCOA, ePRO, and data standards like CDISC SDTM is a plus Strong project management skills Degree in life sciences or computer sciences Fluent in English Excellent prioritization and issue resolution skills About Us Parexel offers a multinational working environment with flexible work arrangements, competitive packages, and development opportunities.
