Parexel FSP offers an exciting opportunity for a Senior Clinical Trial Associate (Site Intelligence Specialist - SIS) to join our UK team. Candidates from other European locations such as France are also encouraged to apply.

The ideal candidate must be fluent in English (spoken and written) and have advanced or fluent proficiency in French. Knowledge of German, Hungarian, or Bulgarian is a plus.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will support Site Intelligence and Site Selection teams by performing tasks across multiple projects. They will assist in executing Site Feasibility plans and presenting data to colleagues.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Site Intelligence Lead to understand project goals, scope, and requirements, ensuring high-quality results.
  • Review internal and external intelligence on performance and quality metrics; conduct literature research to identify investigators and build databases.
  • Provide country-specific data (site contacts, recommendations) as requested, based on feasibility data collection and interpretation.
  • Coordinate with internal and external teams to gather site feasibility data; help maintain the Investigator/Site Networks database.
  • Update and verify data in client systems, spreadsheets, and documents.
  • Promote continuous improvement to optimize processes.
  • Maintain effective relationships across platform lines and research units to facilitate project delivery.

Skills and Experience

  • Fluent in English and French; proficiency in German, Hungarian, or Bulgarian is advantageous.
  • Experience working effectively with multiple functions in a professional environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and database applications.
  • Strong presentation, interpersonal, communication, and time management skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines with attention to detail.
