Parexel, a leading CRO, is seeking an experienced Patient Recruitment Associate (PRA) to join our innovative team. This role will contribute to Parexel\’s Patient First philosophy and optimize patient experiences in our managed clinical trials.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of Patient Recruitment strategies
  • Collaborate with global stakeholders to align deliverables with business objectives
  • Drive Patient Recruitment team projects to improve efficiency, develop new services, and evolve our offerings
  • Oversee patient recruitment projects, ensuring adherence to contract specifications
  • Represent Parexel at industry events and client presentations
  • Manage budgets for assigned projects with accuracy
  • Support the establishment of reporting standards and metrics for new services
  • Generate concepts for new Patient Recruitment tools and services
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscapes, and regulatory changes
  • Serve as the primary contact for strategic partnerships and key client relationships
  • Communicate complex information effectively to diverse stakeholder groups

  • Experience in pharmaceutical or CRO sectors, including patient recruitment, project leadership, or clinical operations
