Overview

As Site Care Partner I, you serve as the client-facing liaison for investigative sites across the study lifecycle, driving site activation, recruitment, and quality. You collaborate with cross-functional teams to safeguard patient safety and site performance, providing local intelligence to inform strategy. You act as the client ambassador to strengthen relationships and ensure timely issue resolution. Your work supports global site strategies, data integrity, and continuous improvement in site operations. This role offers impact across trials and patients, inside a culture that values empathy and accountability.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee site start-up and activation, coordinating PTA, site activation items, and training.
  • Qualify and activate sites using Global Site and Study Operations (GSSO) strategies.
  • Support country/site selection activities with PTA outputs and draft site lists.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders on country outreach surveys and protocol feasibility.
  • Ensure timely site initiation follow-up activities and issue resolution impacting activation timelines.
  • Maintain site documentation and systems for activation (e.g., PSR, SART, ESRA, SAC, Planisware, ISF/eISF).
  • Provide study support for escalated site issues and coordinate cross-functional resolution.
  • Plan and deliver site recruitment aligned with global/country targets and monitor progress.
  • Coordinate with local RA/CTRO/SAP for registry completion and import/export processes of investigational products.
  • Act as operational contact for site-level questions and liaise with relevant teams to resolve them.
  • Review Site Monitoring Reports and support ICD revisions; manage site data and deliverables.
  • Maintain access and alignment of systems at site level (EDC, Shared Investigator Platform, Site Profile).
  • Monitor site performance metrics and implement mitigations for risks; drive best practices.
  • Support local clinical development environment to enhance client reputation in scientific leadership.
  • Develop positive Investigator relationships and escalate training/compliance concerns as needed.
  • Provide local intelligence and input into site recommendations based on country/region performance.
  • Assist Study Operations Manager with local requirements for material transport and supplies.
  • Travel up to 50% as required and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
