Overview

In this role, you drive paediatric migraine research across Europe by strengthening relationships with investigators and paediatric sites to accelerate activation and enrolment. You work with cross-functional teams to optimize recruitment and site performance, shaping study execution and strategy. You help bring innovative therapies to paediatric patients through high-quality clinical research. This is a growth-focused, field-based position with a meaningful patient impact.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and evaluate paediatric migraine sites across Europe
  • Build and maintain relationships with paediatric investigators, hospitals, and study site personnel
  • Support feasibility, startup, activation, and enrolment initiatives
  • Identify and address barriers to recruitment, enrolment, and retention
  • Support intervention and recovery for underperforming sites
  • Gather investigator feedback and site intelligence to inform study execution
  • Partner with study teams to prioritize opportunities and mitigate enrolment risks
  • Conduct frequent in-person site visits and investigator engagements across Europe

Key requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Nursing, Pharmacy, Clinical Research, Public Health, or related field
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant clinical research experience or equivalent
  • Experience supporting paediatric trials, paediatric sites, or paediatric investigator networks
  • Direct experience with investigators and clinical trial sites
  • Experience in site identification, feasibility, startup, recruitment, and enrolment activities
  • Established relationships with children’s hospitals, paediatric neurology programs, paediatric headache centres, or paediatric research institutions across Europe
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • Willingness and ability to travel extensively across Europe (minimum 50%)
