Overview

As a Biostatistician II at Parexel, you join cross-functional development teams to shape trial design, analysis plans, and regulatory submissions. You will lead statistical contributions for studies of low to moderate complexity and craft robust analysis strategies using SAS and R. By collaborating globally, you help improve asset development decisions and increase regulatory and market success. You work closely with colleagues to translate scientific questions into actionable statistical insights, driving meaningful patient impact.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute statistical analyses for studies of low to moderate complexity
  • Develop complex analysis strategies and implement them with SAS/R
  • Contribute to analysis plans and statistical sections of integrated clinical reports
  • Provide input across the project life cycle and during proposal processes
  • Review data sets and ensure quality control of deliverables
  • Coordinate project activities and timelines with cross-functional teams
  • Liaise with clients on scope, data analysis, and budgets
  • Translate scientific questions into statistical terms for stakeholders

Key requirements

  • Master's Degree in Statistics (or equivalent) with 3+ years in industry OR PhD in Statistics (or equivalent) with 1+ year in industry
  • Strong understanding of statistical aspects in clinical trials and/or observational studies
  • Experience in statistical analysis in a clinically related subject
  • SAS programming or R programming skills (desirable)
