We are currently looking for a Human Resources Business Partner to join our HR Team! In this role you will report into a Global Human Resources Business Partner and work in a supportive capacity to develop and implement human resources solutions, in support of global business unit objectives, strategic goals and human resource initiatives. You will use strategic thinking, analytical excel based data analysis and consultation skills in designing and implementing suitable business interventions.
Our HRBP will also perform duties associated with human resource areas such as employee onboarding, employee relations, employee retention, employee development, and other Human Resources services. In this role you will:
- Analyse human resources data for business area at the global/country/cross country level to identify opportunities for improvement and implement solutions to enhance service quality and cost effectiveness, i.e., labour turnover trends, absence management.
- Identify talent development needs within business area(s) or geographic and work with Global Human Resources Business Partner to ensure availability of employee development which is aligned to functional and organizational objectives.
- Support the Global HRBP on regional projects and initiatives, e.g. reorganisation, retention efforts etc.
- Deliver Human Resources program and process training.
- Meet with senior business unit management to maintain business relations and understand employee/management pulse; manage complex employee relations matters as they arise.
You will have:
- Advanced excel skills.
- Experience with Workday.
- Business consultation and strategic thinking skills that enables you to deputize for Global Human Resources Business Partners.
- Be creative in problem solving and have an ability to operate constructively in a changing environment, while being flexible and adaptable.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to communicate effectively with employees and leaders at all levels of the organization.
- Ability to use research methods effectively, including data collection, diagnostic, and analytical skills.
Knowledge and Experience:
- 2-3 years of experience.
- Proven track record of forging positive consultative relationships with all levels; sought after for insight, judgment and guidance by senior leaders on a wide range of issues.
Education:
- Bachelor's Degree, Master’s preferred.
