We’re looking for a Study Recruiter to join our team. Do you have excellent communication skills together with a professional customer service approach, a desire to work in a clinical environment and enthusiasm to learn? We would like to hear from you as full training can be given.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Must have good attention to detail
  • Proven experience of working within set timelines and budget
  • Develop recruitment plan and strategy for enrolment of volunteers and patients
  • Create advertising materials for Regulatory submission
  • Contribute to client facing presentations and attend client and risk management meetings
  • Third party vendors management experience
  • Respond to all new enquiries as recruitment lead for clinical trial studies
  • Work within metric driven environment to achieve target turn up rate for volunteers and patient screening bookings
  • Maintain a secure database of highly confidential information to ensure the rights and privacy of trial subjects are protected to ensure compliance with the data protection act
  • Responsible for updating the London EPCU recruitment website
  • Develop and implement recruitment plans/strategy to ensure quality and delivery to meet study deliverables
  • Effectively communicate status updates including risks and mitigation steps, to Line manager and relevant stakeholders
  • Any other duties as assigned by line manager

Knowledge/Skills:

  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly developed organisational and problem-solving skills
  • Communication and a proactive approach in study recruitment
  • Experience of database use ideal
  • Professional approach to customer service and satisfaction
  • Self-motivated, able to multitask and work to tight deadlines
  • A flexible attitude with respect to work assignments and new initiatives
  • Able to work on own initiative and as part of a team
  • Occasional availability to work evenings or weekends as status of recruitment dictates

Education:

  • Scientific or Healthcare qualification (minimum A level or equivalent), Registered Nursing degree or call center experience

Language:

  • Good standard of written and spoken English
