On-Call: 1 in 6 rota | £200 standby 4-hour minimum call-out

We’re looking for a skilled and proactive Mobile Maintenance Engineer to support the delivery of both planned and reactive maintenance across a portfolio of client sites.
This is a field-based role, covering multiple locations across South Wales and the South West , so travel is a core part of the position. You’ll play a key role in ensuring building services systems are maintained safely, efficiently, and in full compliance—while delivering a professional, customer-focused service.

The Role
You’ll be responsible for the day-to-day delivery of maintenance across mechanical and electrical systems, ensuring client assets remain safe, compliant, and fully operational.
Day to day, this includes:

Delivering planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive works
Fault-finding across mechanical and electrical systems
Maintaining HVAC plant to ensure optimal environmental conditions
Responding to BMS alarms and carrying out first-line diagnostics
Supporting plant operations including start-up, shutdown, and changeover
Completing simPRO tasks with accurate records and photographic evidence
Maintaining logbooks and compliance documentation
Supporting statutory maintenance and highlighting risks or issues
Carrying out small installation and repair works as required
