Working closely with the Account Director/Manager and wider operational teams, you’ll help ensure Gymshark’s facilities are safe, compliant, well maintained and operationally effective, while providing the reporting, systems and controls needed to deliver a consistently high-quality service.

What You’ll Be Doing

Compliance & Statutory Assurance

  • Maintain oversight of compliance areas including fire safety, asbestos, Legionella and water hygiene, electrical and gas safety, lifting equipment, pressure systems, emergency lighting and HVAC.

  • Monitor compliance deadlines and ensure overdue actions are appropriately escalated and resolved.

  • Maintain compliance records, risk information and supporting documentation.

CAFM, PPM & Maintenance

  • Take a key role in the ownership and administration of the CAFM system.

  • Maintain accurate asset registers, maintenance records and compliance information.

  • Support the management of planned preventative maintenance (PPM) programmes.

  • Ensure statutory and compliance-related maintenance is correctly captured within the CAFM system.

  • Monitor reactive maintenance workflows, work orders, priorities and SLAs.

  • Review data quality and identify missing information, overdue activities and incomplete records.

  • Produce CAFM reports, dashboards and KPIs to support account performance.

  • Use facilities data to identify trends, risks and opportunities for improvement.

Health & Safety

  • Support the implementation and continuous improvement of facilities-related Health & Safety procedures.

  • Ensure contractors and operational teams follow relevant H&S requirements.

  • Maintain appropriate controls around RAMS, permits, competency records and contractor documentation.

  • Support risk assessments and safe systems of work.

  • Monitor incidents, hazards, near misses and corrective actions.

  • Work collaboratively with the wider Health & Safety function to ensure actions are effectively managed.

Financial & Commercial Support

  • Monitor facilities expenditure against agreed budgets.

  • Support budget preparation and financial forecasting.

  • Produce regular financial information and investigate significant variances.

  • Monitor contractor expenditure, purchase orders, invoices and commitments.

  • Validate expenditure against completed works and relevant records.

  • Identify opportunities for improved efficiency and value for money.

  • Support procurement exercises, contract reviews and supplier management.

Contractors, Reporting & Governance

  • Monitor contractor and service-provider performance against agreed KPIs and SLAs.

  • Ensure contractor insurance, competency, RAMS, certification and compliance information is maintained.

  • Support service reviews and challenge poor performance where required.

  • Maintain facilities policies, procedures and operational controls.

  • Produce regular reporting covering compliance, PPM, H&S, contractor performance, expenditure, outstanding remedial works and facilities risks.

  • Support internal and external audits and ensure appropriate evidence is readily available.

  • Help drive continuous improvement across the Gymshark account.
