You will provide essential administrative, coordination, and organisational support to ensure the efficient operation of a global change program. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Documentation Management: Maintain and update critical program documentation, including plans, logs, trackers, and reports, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
  • Data Handling: Produce and meticulously manage Excel spreadsheets for action logs, RAID logs, schedules, and financial tracking.
  • Meeting Coordination: Schedule and expertly coordinate meetings, workshops, and governance forums, ensuring seamless execution, while capturing key actions and decisions.
  • Task Management: Translate high-level direction into clear, actionable task lists and track progress against actions, proactively chasing updates to maintain project timelines.
  • Stakeholder Liaison: Serve as a key point of contact between program team members, vendors, and stakeholders to foster effective communication.

Requirements:

  • Organisational Skills: You possess strong organisational and time-management skills with unwavering attention to detail.
