Trainee Account Manager Package

Trainee Account Manager Role
- Obtain a comprehensive working knowledge of their offering and the marketplace they operate within
- Support senior account managers with up and cross selling into larger accounts
- Independently manage and sell to lower spend accounts
- Develop relationships, rapport and new streams of business with new clients via prospecting, LinkedIn and strategic e-mails
- Develop an understanding of their customers, their needs and sell back to them articulately with the correct solution
- After 9-12 months, you\’ll start going out and meeting clients on a face to face basis – directly engaging with customers and taking ultimate responsibility for business relationships
Trainee Account Manager Requirements
- Educated to degree level
- Possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, with a strong desire to succeed
- Ambitious and determined
