The Opportunity

We are looking to increase our bandwidth by adding a commercially minded, mentally agile sales professional to our small, high-performing team. This is not a "churn and burn" sales role. You will work closely with the leadership team to manage a targeted pipeline of 50–100 accounts. Your goal is to take ownership of these relationships and grow our number of Key Accounts (spending >£100k/year). For the right person, this role offers a genuine path to flourish into a Sales Leader as the company continues to scale.

Key Responsibilities

  • Pipeline Management: Managing a sales cycle that ranges from quick wins (Working towards a target of £1m in sales).
  • Strategic Focus: We don't micromanage calls or appointments. Your focus will be on effort, pipeline maturity.
  • Technical Consultation: Engaging with clients in key sectors to understand their technical challenges.
